The Conscious EAR
聴覚トレーニングは、「電子耳」という機器を介して、耳、身体、脳へ働きかけていきますが、効果的にトレーニングを進めていただくために、生活の中に意識していただきたいポイントが3つあります。
それは、
Point1．良い姿勢で
Point2．自分の声を
Point3．右耳で聴くの ３つです。
Point1．良い姿勢
耳だけでなく、私達は、身体全体で音の振動を受け取っています。耳が上方に伸びているイメージ、背骨が"アンテナ"であるイメージを常に持ってください。曲がったアンテナは受信度が低くなります。
良い姿勢とは決してがんばる姿勢ではありません。
日頃のご自分の姿勢を客観的に観察して、少しづつで構いませんので、呼吸が楽にでき、受信度が高まる姿勢を心がけてみましょう。
Point2．自分の声を聴く
ずっと聞いていたい声ってありませんか？
良いコミュニケーションには、話の内容より声の質が実はとても影響しているそうです。
姿勢と同様、ご自分の声を客観的に「聴く」ことをしてみて下さい。声の高さ、話すスピード、イントネーションetc・・、会話の相手によってこれらは変わっているかもしれません。それは大事なことです。子供に低い、早い声で話す人は少ないでしょう。
相手に受け取れ易い声で話すということは、大切なことなのです。外国語で話す時も同様です。一番身近な音である「自分の声」にもっと興味を持ちましょう。それによって外国語の音の違いにも敏感になっていきます。
Point3． 右耳
姿勢と声に意識を向けたら、次は右耳です。
トマティス博士の研究により右耳は発声をコントロールする、ということがわかりました。試しに左手で本を持って音読をするのと、右手で本を持って音読をするのでは、声のの出しやすさや、トーンが異なります。是非やってみて下さい。
右耳から言語野である左脳へ直接音を届けることよって情報処理のスピードにも違いがでてきます。左耳を塞ぐ、ということではありません。良い姿勢をし、背骨で自分の中心を感じ、その上で右耳で「聴く」「話す」を行ってみてください。
