◆ＣＡＶセミナー有難うございました。
声には小さい時よりコンプレックスがありきちんとした発声練習などもしたことがなく冷や汗をかきながらの楽しい経験でした。日原美智子先生の明るくてきぱきとしたご指導と森田さんの優しくフォローして頂きながらのセミナーはとても充実しておりました。
最初はせっかくご指導していただいていることの意味がなかなかつかめず自分のハミング方法もあっているのか違っているのか自分では良くわからずに横隔膜の使い方もなかなかわからず最終日に先生から使っていると言って頂き実感しました。最初の３日間は緊張と慣れないことなどで冷や汗とで大変疲れてしまいましたが最終日はやっと体も理解できたのか不思議と疲れず元気に帰宅しました。
有難うございました。
卓球個人レッスンコーチからは胸で呼吸しないように息を止めないように焦らず気持ちの準備してからするように頑張りすぎずいい加減にするように、力が入り過ぎないよう１球１球力を抜くようにボールをしっかり見ながら全体を見るようになどなど。
ほとんどＣＡＶで注意されたこととほとんど同じことを毎週注意されております。自分でもおかしくなってしまうほどでした。
また発声練習では不思議とお隣の方の声につられてしまい直前に聞いた声、音色がこんなにも自分に影響するものなのだと実感いたしました。面白いことでした。日常生活でも良い音色、良い声を聞くことは大事なことですね。
４日間では理解するには短い期間だったと思いますがせっかくご指導いただきましたので無駄にならないよう今後の人生に生かせるようにフォローアップも参加できたらと考えております。
日原先生はじめ森田さん、スタッフの皆様＆参加者の皆様に感謝しております。
◆とてもためになりました。聴き取りと声を出すときの基本姿勢を知ることができて良かったです。自分の声が変わったときは嬉しかったです。日原先生の指導は丁寧でわかりやすかったです。お話のなかでいろんな発見がありました。無心になるということは難しいです。「うまくやろう」と意識してしまいます。音を聴くことが重要なのだと知り、客観性を持つようにしたいです。音読を日々続けていきたいです。イメージするということがまだ私には足りていないと思うので強化していきたいです。そして私はまだ「自分」について自信がないというか、自分を拒否している、自分を許していない、信じていないところがあるので、そこを改善したい、できたら自分を愛するまでいかなくても自分を受け入れたいと思います。今回は本当にありがとうございました。
◆今回は2回目のＣＡＶでしたが、忘れていたところがあったり、より理解が深まったところがあったりと、フルに充実した4日間でした。自分の身体の中の動きに気を配ることは自分への愛なのですね。「歌うことと話すことと生きることと愛することは同じ」というトマティス博士の言葉が実感としてわかりかけてきた気がします。それと準備と分化があらゆる事に共通のキーワードだと思います。ますます、骨導を含んだ声で楽に話せるように、復習をがんばります。御一緒した方々とも時間を共有できて本当によかったです。
◆学ぶことは楽しい。何て楽しい4日間だったことでしょう。“目からうろこ”の意味がよくわかりました。そして優れた指導者につくということがどういうことかもよくわかりました。終了した翌日、午前中に月1回のヴォイストレーニングがあり、午後にボランティアで、病院で先輩とオカリナを吹く機会がありました。まず午前に、自分の声の思った以上の変わりようにびっくりしましました。こんな楽に声が出たのは初めてでした。ほんと、音は距離！思わず心の中で「日原先生！聴いて！音が変わっている！」と叫んでいました。
午後、自分のオカリナの音に再びびっくりしました。会場に（病院の食堂ですが）音が響いて満ちていくのがわかりました。聴いてくださっている患者さんたちに音が届いたのがわかりました。前日までのように先生が隣にいらっしゃらないのがほんとに残念でした。
その日はたまたま私の誕生日でした。（トマティスＣＡＶは誕生日プレゼントのつもりで受けました）感動の一日、最高の誕生日になりました。
“何事もまず準備”そして“日々の積み重ね”、また“身体の中を静かにする”、本当にその通りだと思います。価値ある素晴らしい4日間でした。今まで疑問だった骨導音と倍音のことも腑に落ちました。教えてくださってありがとうございました。
日原先生との出会い、先生を通してのトマティス博士との出会い、一緒にトレーニングを受けた人たちとのすてきな出会い、とても感謝しています。
◆声の出し方にもそれなりの方法があり、自分でもできたことがうれしかった。これからも自分のものにすべく心がけます。音がエネルギーとしてヒトが利用している（大脳皮質のエネルギーの90％）という考え方はうろこ。この考え方で納得できることがいろいろあった。トマティス博士の方法は瞑想、気功に通じるところがあり、生き方そのものの指針となり得るものだと思います。博士の著書、また日原先生から受けた教えは珠玉の言葉となるものです。
是非一般に公開されることを考えていただきたく存じます。
