トマティス朗読シアターは、トマティスリスニングセンター東京が主催する「感動を与える朗読ワークショップ」を修了し、ある一定の朗読レベルに達したと講師が認定したメンバーで構成されるボランティア朗読グループです。学校、病院、さまざまな施設等で活動を行っていく予定です。活動の詳細を掲載してまいります。

●2010年4月25日 「竹の音でゆらぐ 早春編」
～朗読と民謡尺八の世界～ 於：お江戸両国亭

＜実施メンバーの感想＞
『お客様が誰も来てくれなかったらどうしよう、と心配していたのですが、患者さんや近隣の方々など20人あまりが来て下さり、小さなチャペルの雰囲気とあいまって手作り感あふれる温かい公演になったと思います。
演目は、「泣いた赤鬼」と「幸福の王子」。
～朗読と民謡尺八の世界～ 於：お江戸両国亭
●2010年3月27日 於：聖路加国際病院 トイスラーホール
『お客様が誰も来てくれなかったらどうしよう、と心配していたのですが、患者さんや近隣の方々など20人あまりが来て下さり、小さなチャペルの雰囲気とあいまって手作り感あふれる温かい公演になったと思います。

終わりに書いていただいたアンケートでは、「人の声がとても心地よく、シンプルなお話が心にしみました」、「幼き頃を思い出しています」といった声が聞かれました。またある患者さんは、「感動しました。入院中のひと時に本当に素晴らしいプレゼントでした」と書いて下さいました。
自己満足で終わってはいけないけれど、私たちの伝えたいことがきちんとお客様に伝わったという手応えがありました。受止めていただいた･･･というのでしょうか。聴いて下さった方々に感謝です。』

＜前回お越しいただいた方のご感想＞
・朗読の「言葉のもつ力」、尺八の「言葉のない音だけの力」、二つの「力」に満たされたひと時でした。
・久しぶりに子どもに帰った気分でゆっくり朗読に耳を傾けた時間で心地良く過ごせました。
・尺八は趣の異なる曲を一度に聴くことができ、様々な情景が浮かんできて、日本中を旅したような気分でした。心が安らぎました。
・民謡尺八は、土の香りのする空気の振るえが全身の細胞に同調して感動的でした。
・久々に心を揺さぶられました。日本の伝統文化にこんなに素晴らしい楽器があったのですね。

【トマティス朗読シアターのコンセプト】
＜子どもたちへ＞こどもの聴く耳を育てる
目に見えないものから何かを感じ取る、想像するという感性は、場を読む、他人を思いやる、気配を感じる、といった繊細な感覚にもつながる。朗読を聴いてもらうことでこういった感性を育てるお手伝いがしたい。さらに、良い響きをたくさんの子どもたちへ届けることでよりよいコミュニケーションの輪を広げていきたい。
＜大人たち、お年寄りへ＞デジタルではないアナログの声で
脳を活性化
どんなに年をとっても刺激を与えることによって脳は活性する。でも人間にとって大切で必要なものは心地良いゆらぎであって地デジにあらず、かも。アナログの音声で体と脳に優しい刺激を。
