吐く息の流れに言葉が乗っているイメージで
ある音楽家向けの本（トマティスの本ではないですが）に
「歌手は使用済みで老廃物だらけの空気が外の世界へ戻る途中で、耳に心地よい振動をその分子に与えてリサイクルしているのです。人間は排気ガスから歌を生み出しているのです」とありました。
「I Love you」とか、「je t' aime」とか「好きです」とかも排気ガスで言っちゃっているのかぁ、と思うとおかしいですが、その排気ガスを“心地よい振動で浄化して伝えている”と思うと、まあ素敵。空気清浄機はもしかしていらない？
CAVでも、「吐く息の流れに言葉が乗っているイメージで」といいますね。見えない息の流れを気にしてみると、伝えるという「意識のパイプ」のようなものが相手に届くかのようです。
この「意識のパイプ」がないと声は届かないのかも・・・。
挨拶をしても、聞こえているはずなのにいつも返事がかえってこないという人に、息の流れを意識して「おはようございます」と言ったら、大きい声で言ったわけでもないのに、こちらを見て、なんと挨拶を返してくれました！」という受講生がいました。
息の流れを意識すると、「あなたに伝えているんですよ〜」という心の矢印が出るんだなぁ、とことさらに思いました。
っていうことを考えていたら、小さい頃、遊んだ糸電話を思い出した・・・。小さい声でも確実に届く不思議さ。もちろん糸が振動を運んでくれているのだけど、「あなただけにお話しているのよ」といったワクワクの意識がそれをさらに手伝っているのかも、と思えたりもして・・。
