ただ感じるだけのハミング
トマティス博士のハミングは永遠に続くのかと思うほど長かった
なぜそんなに長くできるのか、の問いに対する答えが、
「自分の身体の内側の圧と外側の圧を1対1にする」でした。
またまた？？？。そして「こうなっている時により良いコミュニケーションができる」と。
自分の中の圧って何？と思いつつ、とりあえずイメージで“自分の中の圧”を強めてハミングしてみると、それはもはやハミング（響き）ではなく音になってしまい、しかもしかも、気分はけんか腰のような感じになり、その逆に“自分の中の圧”を弱めてみると、自分にふたをしたような、息がまともにできていないような、いじけたような心境になる・・・。
確かに上手くハミングができているなと思う時は、その響きも、境地もプラスでもなくマイナスでもなく、重さもなく・・・、非常にニュートラルな感覚。
このニュートラルな感覚だったら、確かにコミュニケーションはとりやすいだろうなぁ。打ち負かされず、打ち負かさず。おだやかな均衡状態。あっこれが1対１か。
だからコミュニケーションをしている時は、常に自分の体の響き（ハミング）を感じ続けること、と博士は言っていたのだ・・・。
響き（ハミング）がない、つまり力が入った状態で話すと、うるさいし、威圧的になる。だから特に、特にハミングに関しては、何かをしようと思ってはいけないのですね。体が響いているのを感じとることだけ。ということで、余計なエネルギーは必要ないので、ハミングは長く続く・・・・
