トマティス博士の言葉は後で効く
トマティス博士はとても哲学的な方で、ＣＡＶ指導中の言葉も、著書の中でも「これってどういうこと？」と思う言葉がたくさんあります。
それが時を経て「あ、そういうことだったんだ。」「あ、なんかつながった」と遅ればせながら少しずつ熟成してきて、ある時やっと気づく、というような言葉であったり、あるいは、その言葉に出会った瞬間、遠い記憶の中で体のどこかが知っていた、と思うような言葉もあります。
その中のひとつ・・・
「人間とは自分に絶えず呼びかける天地万物の受信アンテナである」（出典：モーツァルトを科学する）
この言葉を初めて読んだ時、「あーそうだった」という感じで肩の力がスーっと抜けたのを覚えています。アンテナだから何も心配いらないのかも、と。 そして博士がハミングを指導してくださった時に、しきりに「何かをしようとしてはいけない」とおっしゃっていたこととつながりました。
言われた時は、「私は今ハミングをしようとしているのだから、何かをしようとしてはいけない、ってどういうこと？？？」と全くわかりませんでした。
「人間は何かをしよう思った瞬間から力が入る、だから何かをしようとはしてはいけない」とも博士は言いました。
人間はちょっとしたことでも、知らずと必要以上にがんばってしまうようです。
頑張る、字のごとく張ってしまい、息がとまってしまうのですね。
息=自分のリズムを止めたら、それこそ何もできない・・。ハミングを発信、ととらえてしまうと力が入ってしまうけれど、自分は受信アンテナと意識したら力はすっと抜けます。この状態でただ振動してそれを感じる、というのは本当にとっても気持がいいです。
このナチュラルで“気持がいい振動状態”でコミュニケーションできたら、受け手も気持よくなります。「共振している状態が共感である」とのことです。（これもby博士）
でもいいアンテナであるためには、垂直性が必要だそうです。
確かに・・・・。だから良い姿勢。
もひとつ言えば、垂直であると、地面からも天からもエネルギーをもらえる（これも受信か）そうです。
博士は来日時、日本は火山があるから地面のエネルギーをとても感じる、と言っていました。これも当時は、「ほんとかいな」と思っていましたが、自分の中が静かだったら、それをも受信できるのだろうな、と今は本当と思います。
